Chef on the Hill with Massimiliano Musso
Chef Massimiliano is a Michelin-starred Italian chef renowned for his traditional Piedmontese cuisine with a contemporary and innovative twist. He currently crafts delightful dishes in the kitchen of Ristorante Albergo Ca’Vittoria – the family-run Michelin star restaurant that he runs with his wife Valentina in Tigliole, Italy.
While Chef Massimiliano’s homegrown culinary techniques that he garnered by watching his grandmother cook were fundamental in shaping his future of becoming a top chef, he acknowledges that travelling the world and, the rich culinary experiences he gained along the way, have been equally influential.
“These experiences inspired my ideas about cooking, which is based on high-quality fresh produce, traditional recipes and dishes and rarely modifying them.”
During his travels – and tenures at ONU HQ in New York, the Wine World Summit in Hong Kong, La Grotta‘s restaurant in Moscow, and Casa Saclà in his home country of Italy – Chef Massimiliano drew inspiration from diverse cultures, ingredients, and food for creating his signature dishes which have become sought-after the world over.
From 30 November to 8 December 2019, Chef Massimiliano will bring a taste of his contemporary, lively and delightful cuisine to the tables of Art on the Hill at the Four Seasons Hotel, The Westcliff.
